"I received a message 15 mins prior to the booking time to advise that there was no longer a driver for the booking and another was being sought. I tried to contact the office but it was an answering machine. Eventually someone did call me back. The driver drove past the collection point. I called earlier in the day to give more detail as to the collection point to try and make it easier for the driver, however, the operative I spoke to didn't update the booking - advising that it wasn't necessary - when clearly it was necessary. The driver, however, was excellent - apologetic and friendly."

"Driver did not try to find us, he was parked at the parking place, he called and asked us to find him while he was sitting in the car. Black cars were everywhere so finally he got out of the car so we could recognize the car. I think a sign with the name or even being outside the car would help better to find him instead of us going around in circles with the suitcases trying to find him."
