"Was expecting the driver to meet me in the terminal. He had not been told this. I have an injured leg so this would not normally bother me.
The driver was lovely and walked to where I was an carried my luggage to the car. He was very patient and understanding.
He was a very helpful young man also helping to carry my luggage to my door.
Overall, a good experience.

The app needs improvement, I need to see the drivers license plate to recognise the driver, driver name would be nice too.
