Appalling customer service, lied to us about a flat tire on the 8 seater we requested, which we don't believe that they even had. Promised us 3 smaller vehicles to be sent and couldn't even sort this out. Person on the phone was extremely rude and offered no alternative solutions once they said they couldn't sort the smaller taxis. No apology, no follow up call, nothing.
We are requesting a refund as left massively disappointed and stranded with a booking we made months ago that they were unable to organise considering the amount of time in advance they had to plan this"
