"Our driver, Jordan was punctual, polite, and engaging but also allowed us plenty of quiet time, as we landed at ABZ behind schedule (21:35) and didn’t arrive in Ballater until 1:00. It was a very long day. His driving was sufficiently cautious as roads were very narrow. Car was spotless. "

"The site says that we pay the same amount that it was written, no hidden fees. Yet the driver once we arrived said that we had to pay the toll fee and the parking. Instead of saying it was 353 as it was shown. He said it was 355 + toll + parking. He ended up taking 386, and of course we had to tip him, so he took 400 total. Furthermore, he didn’t drive us to the hotel doorstep because he passed it, and didn’t want to go back. We had to take our 5 luggages and walk to the hotel. Overall, it was a good clean car, and the driver was friendly."
