"Nothing really went wrong. We communicated with the driver via text messages once we had landed. He arranged to meet us in the short-stay car-park rather than in Arrivals. Ideally, we would have preferred him to meet us in Arrivals, especially as we entered the Arrivals Hall only one minute after the requested pick-up time of 11:15.
