"I ordered an S class and got an E-Class and paid the same amount for the trip (96 GBP). Still didn't get the refund for the downgrade in vehicle.... When I called the manager to cancel he said they couldn't cancel the trip, however it was 13:20 and my taxi was booked for 14:00. When the taxi driver came I asked him where he came from and he said Esher (I was in Cobham) which is 10 mins away from where I was so they could've easily canceled. The excuse for not sending the S-class was because the muslim drivers had their prayers. Terrible first experience and wouldn't recommend this taxi company to anyone, use Uber it's way more reliable. "

"Going to the airport was perfect apart from a taxi sounded a bit rough but the driver was pleasant I got a sale on time however the journey back was not so successful. I texted the driver as soon as we had landed at 3:03am at 3:45am he phoned me and asked if i had landed?? I explained we was just getting our bags and would be out in the next 5 to 10 min thats when he informed me that he was going to be 50min we was finally picked up at 4:44am😡😡"

"The car was not a saloon as indicated. It was very dirty inside and the seat fabric was falling apart. Not a way I'd like to travel again.
Due to being early we were not met at the airport so I feel the charging of a £5 meet and greet fee is a bit premature. "

The faqs told us that the driver would meet and greet us in the terminal building however we have just been requested to pay an additional £8.00 for this service. It would have been fairer if this fee had been included I the initial quote "
